SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for your order. We want to get Fenn Method to you as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States

• Free standard shipping on all orders
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

International We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding availability and will update this page when international shipping becomes available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at hello@fennmethod.com as soon as possible. We may be able to update your address if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@fennmethod.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
