We want trying Fenn Method to be risk-free at every step. Here's how that works in practice.
Reservation deposit ($5)
Your $5 deposit holds your spot in the founding member cohort. Before your kit ships, you can cancel anytime in your account and the $5 is automatically refunded.
When your first kit ships, the $5 is credited toward your first month ($35.99). The remaining $30.99 is charged at the same time.
30-day money-back guarantee on every kit
You have 30 days from the date your kit ships to try the product. If you don't love it, return it for a full refund of that month's charge. We cover return shipping.
How to start a return:
- Sign in to your account.
- Select the order and request a return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned kit.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel, skip, or delay your subscription anytime in your account. No fees, no penalties.
Damages or wrong item
If your kit arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us at within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or process a full refund, whichever you prefer.
