Product

  1. Q.01 How is this different from breath mints?
Standard breath mints mask odor with flavor. Fenn Method is an oral probiotic, designed to support the bacteria your mouth actually needs.* 550mg of xylitol is disclosed on every label, well above what most oral care products offer. The probiotic strains (K12 and M18) are clinically studied, not just listed on a label.
  2. Q.02 When will it ship?
Orders ship in 3-5 business days via standard shipping (included free). You receive a tracking number by email once your kit is on its way.
  3. Q.03 Is it safe to take every night?
Yes. The ingredients are well-studied for daily use. Xylitol at our dose is well within established safe ranges. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, check with your dentist or doctor.
  4. Q.04 Why is it priced higher than products like BioGaia on Amazon?
Four things justify the difference. (1) 550mg of xylitol per oral probiotic mint, printed on the label. Most products use trace amounts or do not disclose at all. (2) Two clinically studied probiotic strains paired together (K12 and M18), not a single strain. (3) Zinc citrate for an immediate freshening step the probiotic strains cannot deliver on their own. (4) Every claim on this site links to a peer-reviewed study.
  5. Q.05 What if I want a different flavor?
V1 ships in a single mint flavor. We are testing variants based on customer feedback. Email us if you want a different flavor.

Ingredients

  1. Q.01 What is in it?
Four active ingredients: Streptococcus salivarius K12 (1 billion CFU), Streptococcus salivarius M18 (1 billion CFU), xylitol (550mg), and zinc citrate (3mg). No artificial colors or sweeteners.
  2. Q.02 Where are the ingredients sourced?
The K12 and M18 strains are sourced from a specialist probiotic supplier in New Zealand. Xylitol is from non-GMO birch and corn cob extraction. Manufactured in the U.S. at a cGMP facility.
  3. Q.03 Is Fenn Method third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is third-party tested for potency, purity, and contaminants. Certificate of Analysis available on request.
  4. Q.04 Are you certified vegan, gluten-free, kosher?
Vegan and gluten-free, yes. Kosher certification in process.
  5. Q.05 Can I take it with other supplements?
Yes. Fenn Method is designed for daily use alongside any other supplement routine. If you are taking medication, check with your dentist or doctor.

Shipping

  1. Q.01 What about shipping?
U.S. shipping included on your first kit. International coming at launch.
  2. Q.02 Where do you ship?
United States at launch. Canada within the first quarter post-launch. International rollout dependent on regulatory clearance per market.

Safety

  1. Q.01 Is it safe during pregnancy?
The ingredients are generally regarded as safe at our doses, but we are not your doctor. Check with your OB or midwife before adding any new supplement during pregnancy.
  2. Q.02 Can children use it?
BLIS K12 has been studied in children specifically (Di Pierro 2016, upper respiratory health). We are not currently marketing the product to children. If you are considering it for a child, check with your pediatrician.
  3. Q.03 Does it interact with antibiotics?
Probiotics are typically taken at different times of day from antibiotics. If you are on a course of antibiotics, follow your doctor's timing guidance.

Brand

  1. Q.01 Who is behind Fenn Method?
Andy. The founder note on the About page covers the why, the how, and the honest skeptic frame.
  2. Q.02 Why no founder photo on the homepage?
Trust comes from citations, not founder photos. Photos are on the About page where the visitor specifically went to look.
  3. Q.03 Where can I follow updates?
Newsletter. Brief and useful. Sign up in the footer.
